The
2018 National Model Selection and Recognition Campaign for the Family of Mercy
and Filial Piety were held the Ministry of Education, with Deputy Director
Bao-Yue Yan of the Lifelong Education Department publicly honoring 58 models. Mr.
Zheng-Yu Lin of the Department of Business Management, Southern Taiwan
University of Science and Technology, was recommended as a representative of
the college group. The selection is for students from elementary schools to
junior college students, including 15 junior high school students, 12 senior
high school students, and 6 college students. Zheng-Yu won a scholarship of
NT$10,000, a certificate, and a trophy.
