Dean


Dean Chingchung Lin holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from National Cheng Kung University, an MBA from Pennsylvania State University, USA, and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management from National Cheng Kung University. His academic expertise and fields include financial management, asset pricing, market microstructure, and financial statement analysis.

Dean Lin has published over forty articles in well-known journals both domestically and internationally, such as Economic Modelling, Applied Economics Letters, Asia Pacific Management Review, Applied Financial Economics, Review of Quantitative Finance & Accounting, Sustainability, Management Review of Chiao Tung University, Management Forum of National Taiwan University, and Zhongshan Management Review. He has also led over twenty projects funded by government agencies, including the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the National Science Council, and the Bureau of Foreign Trade, as well as six industry-academia collaboration projects. Dean Lin has been appointed as a judge for the Public Engineering Committee of the Executive Yuan, assisting various government agencies in reviewing procurement contracts and BOT projects.

Dr. Lin also has a lot of experiences in various administrative roles before taking this position, including Chairperson of International Business Department, STUST, Executive Director of the Office of International Accreditation (AACSB) at the STUST College of Business, Chairperson of Business Administration Department and Director of Extracurricular Activities Division at another university, Control Yuan member’s assistant, and General Secretary of the Student Activity Center at National Cheng Kung University.
